During a complimentary 1 hour first meeting, Jami will learn your likes, dislikes, general ideas and goals for your home. Client's expectations and the Designer’s Scope of Work will be clarified during the consultation. After mutually agreeing that the Client and Designer want to work together, a Proposal will be sent for approval and a Letter of Agreement will be prepared to start a new project. Jami will then create a decisive plan for your space by generating a vision and completing the design plans.


Jami works in all styles, from traditional to contemporary. Whether it's a full home renovation, new construction or furniture placement the goal is to create a functional and beautiful space that suits her client’s taste, budget and lifestyle.


If requested, trade recommendations will be provided and consulting and coordinating with all trade sub-contractors (chosen by you) will be taken care of by Jami. 


Hourly fee based upon the Scope of Work.
All new projects will start with a retainer which will be applied to design services and/or further product purchases.

Perfect for the client who has a strong sense of their personal style, hourly consulting makes you the 'head designer' of your space with Imagine acting as your professional eye to help you refine and channel your inner designer.
Hourly consultations are also great for the following services:

• color consultations
• accessorizing and decor selection
• space planning

While follow up appointments are available, they are not often necessary but offered on an as needed basis.

Maybe all you need is some help picking out a sofa or some accessories. 
If you could use a professional's eye on your next trip to the tile shop, furniture showroom, Home Goods or IKEA to help select items for your home, Jami would be happy to offer some advice and definitive answers.


This is a good option for the person who is afraid to commit to a large purchase without a second opinion or can't easily decide what they want.


Hourly rate applied to total amount of hours spent shopping. Depending on location, Jami will either meet you at the destination or accompany you on your drive.

Whether you're selling your home or not, Imagine offers two types of staging services: 


Stage to Sell  and  Stage to Live


1)  Staging to Sell, Imagine will evaluate the property from the curbside to the back fence. The goal is to neutralize and de-personalize the property, de-clutter the space, highlight the valuable architectural features of the house and achieve a "move in ready" condition.


2) Staging to Live, also called "Interior Redesign", helps you achieve a pulled-together, fresh, new look that is comfortable, inviting, and practical while reflecting your own personality and lifestyle. Interior Redesign is the art of furniture and accessory placement using what you already own. Creative design and placement results in a newly defined space…and suddenly everything works together. Using the things you already own, Imagine helps you create that special designer look.

E-consulting is a service provided for clients who live outside of the Southern California area who want interiors designed by imagine. You send information about your space and imagine will send you a design plan for your room. What you get: You will receive a design plan which details step-by-step exactly what needs to be done to complete your room. An inspiration board is created for your space which may include rug, fabric and lighting recommendations, paint colors, furniture selections, window treatment options, art and accessory suggestions and furniture arrangement. You'll also receive a shopping list of links to purchase the recommended products. Everything you need to create your room will be emailed to you.
