Thank you all! This was a simple, but really fun post for me! I love March and this phrase has stuck with me throughout my life time - especially growing up in MN; we always hoped for the lamb towards the end of the month!

I actually used a different version of that phrase when I taught young police recruits on entering a new, unknown situation.
Go in as a lamb and turn into a tigerif necessary.
